Salesforce Developer - Atlas Search : Job Details

We are working with an investment management firm seeking a Salesforce Developer for a long-term consulting opportunity. This individual will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows to build scalable solutions.
• Enhance existing Salesforce functionality, improving the user experience and ensuring best practices.
• Utilize Salesforce APIs and third-party tools to integrate Salesforce with other business applications.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on Salesforce best practices.
• Analyze system performance and implement enhancements to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and the development lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration and configuration (Security, App Management, Data Management).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
