• Develop Apex classes, triggers and LWCs supporting RMA creation, status updates and error displays.
• Implement REST/SOAP callouts to CPI APIs, manage Named Credentials and token refresh logic.
• Build scalable flows and subflows for agent-guided RMA steps; enforce field-level validations.
• Write bulk-safe unit tests (&Client; 90 % coverage) and participate in peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with Service Cloud BSA on requirements and with CPI team on payload schemas.
• Optimize SOQL/DML for high transaction volume; monitor performance via logs & Health Check.
• 6+ yrs hands-on Salesforce development, proven API integration projects, Service Cloud exposure preferred.
