Specialist will report to the Application Development Manager.

The resource will drive OBG systems' technical improvements and minimize Salesforce platform technical debts; implement a sustainable development environments strategy. Additionally, the resource will lead technology initiatives and guide contract Developers with varying levels of expertise to achieve success for the Gateway's stakeholders.

Experience leading significant technology initiatives

Experience coaching and mentoring Developers of varying expertise.

Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.

Extensive experience with Salesforce platform programming languages – Apex, visual force, Lightning component framework.

Highly proficient with App-exchange on Salesforce

Excels in working with various salesforce.com standard objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Cases, etc.

Experience in solutioning and developing Salesforce Community Portals.
