Job Description
The Salesforce Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing processes, strategies, and performance using Salesforce CRM. This role will include potential data migration and integrations with other software and reporting tools. bridges the gap between the sales team and business intelligence. The analyst will ensure data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency for all teams using Salesforce.
Duties and Responsibilities
Salesforce CRM Management:
- Maintain, update, and enhance Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data integrity.
- Configure Salesforce workflows, fields, and validation rules to support business needs.
- Train and support sales staff on Salesforce use and best practices.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and trends to evaluate team and individual performance.
- Create and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Process Improvement:
- Partner with sales leadership to streamline and automate processes using Salesforce.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Monitor sales funnel and pipeline health to ensure accurate forecasting.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Customer service, and Operations to align to overall strategy with company goals.
- Provide analytical support for planning, territory management, and incentive programs.
Data Management & Integrity:
- Ensure clean and accurate data entry in Salesforce.
- Conduct regular audits of sales data and coordinate data cleanup efforts.
Required Experience/Skills
- 3-5 years of experience optimizing Salesforce platforms, including the sales app, service cloud, & health cloud
- Salesforce Administrator qualification and certification
- Proven expertise in data migration and implementation within Salesforce
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with sales forecasting and territory planning.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, lead velocity).
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
Pay & Benefits Summary
- Starting Base – $80,000
- Medical Family – 55%, Employee 45% (year 1&2), 75% (3 years onwards)
