This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team during a major growth phase.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Process product and payment enrollment orders across internal platforms
• Review agreements and verify data accuracy and completeness
• Communicate onboarding timelines and updates with sales leadership
• Conduct outreach to clients for missing information or follow-up
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, onboarding, and sales teams
• Track onboarding progress and ensure deadlines and service levels are met
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding cycle
• Support ongoing process improvements and special projects as needed
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in merchant services, payment processing, or ISO/agent environments
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-based environments
• Familiarity with CRM tools and financial processing platforms preferred
