Extension is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Waukesha, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and customer service support to Sales & Marketing team
• Handle all order management including verifying completeness of orders, entering/tracking orders, and reviewing invoices
• Answer calls and live chats regarding inquiries and status updates

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma + 2 years of experience
• MS Outlook/Word experience
• Quoting experience a plus!
• Order Entry experience is a plus!

Salary Information:

• Starting pay: $22/hour
