JOB SUMMARY As a Sales Support & Claims Analyst, you will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction through accurate and timely support. This position will support the sales department by streamlining operations, managing customer accounts and ensuring efficient processing of orders, claims and returns. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy
• Assists the inside sales team with order processing, pricing inquiries and customer account management
• Monitors order fulfillment status and proactively resolves delays and discrepancies
• Processes customer claims and returns timely and accurately in compliance with company policies
• Investigates the root cause of claims and collaborates with internal teams to resolve them
• Communicates professionally with customers regarding claim status and resolution
• Tracks and analyzes return trends to recommend process improvements
• Generates and publishes monthly claims and returns reports
• Supports process audits and ensure data integrity across claims and returns system
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
