Sales Representative - Post Holdings : Job Details

The Retail Sales Representative position is an integral role within the Company leading our regional western Wisconsin and northeast Iowa market business in small to mid-size regional and store accounts. This role will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager in Wisconsin. This person will utilize customer information and Nielsen data to uncover insights and opportunities, building strategies and presentations to further grow our business across the customers. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for both independent chain HQ calls and individual independent stores within assigned territory. Implementing customer level plans and sales strategies to build the Crystal Farms brands within assigned territory. Utilizing retail call system to manage, track and grow sales (Stay in Front).
