We're looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow occupancy, build meaningful relationships, and represent our community with professionalism and heart.
Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing occupancy, and managing all aspects of sales and marketing within the community. This includes nurturing referral relationships, managing the sales pipeline, responding quickly to inquiries, and ensuring that prospective residents experience the highest level of hospitality from first contact to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries (phone, email, web) and conduct tours - live and virtual.
- Qualify prospects and guide them through the sales process to close move-ins.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management
- (CRM) system.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed occupancy goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional referral partners and the community.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Regional Sales Director to develop marketing plans.
- Support and attend community events that drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor competitive market activity and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (senior living experience preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with public speaking and making presentations to various audiences.
- Basic computer skills, including CRM usage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
