Job DetailsJob DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Director to join our vibrant team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for shaping our overall brand strategy, driving sales, and leading the marketing initiatives of our company. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the manufacturing market, a proven track record in sales and marketing, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Drive the growth of our product portfolio by identifying new market opportunities and implementing innovative sales strategies.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to execute effective campaigns across various digital platforms, including Paid Social, Google Ads, and other Social Media channels.
• Oversee the development of engaging content for our digital media platforms to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and stay ahead of the curve.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategies, making necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the sales and marketing strategies align with the overall company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Paid Social, Google Ads, and Social Media.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent analytical skills with a knack for interpreting market trends and data.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing market and customer behavior.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
