Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams in daily administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in helping us attract new customers, maintain client relationships, and execute marketing campaigns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, proposals, and contracts.
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and events.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Assist with content creation and proofreading for marketing materials (e.g., newsletters, social posts, website updates).
- Organize and support trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
- Monitor competitor activity and assist in market research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative support role (internships included).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- A willingness to learn and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media management tools or basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or support role.
