Sales Manager - Logistics service for Semiconductor Industry - 57127 Job Num: 57127 h5Job DescriptionAn established logistics company headquatered in Tokyo and has over 700 locations, in about 50 countries and 300+ cities around the world.This position focuses on growing their business in the Semiconductor industry in Upstate New York.Core Expectations:•Responsible for securing and managing customer business from top level •Knowledge of our core services - Air, Ocean, Warehousing/Distribution, Domestic Delivery •Expand Business leveraging company assets in all global regions - Japan, Asia, Europe, Americas•Responsible for developing strong C-Level relationships with Target Customers in Semiconductor Business•As Management role provide expertise on doing business in USA•Set Strategies based on the company direction from Japan HQ and US Regional HQ •Set clear Account action plan and follow to completion •Provide Coaching and training to sales staff by sharing expertise and best practices •Achieve assigned numerical targets determined at start-up of position - Revenue, Volume, Segment Targets Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience:•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in marketing, business administration, economics.•3 + plus years of business experience which should include significant experience in sales and marketing preferably in a freight forwarding/logistics business•Must have 10 or more existing relationships in assigned vertical•Significant experience in sales staff development and training•Several years' experience in general management concepts such as planning, accounting, administration, and economics.•Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
