Mission description

Northwest Aerospace Technologies (NAT), a Safran Company, is the only EASA DOA Certified aircraft interior reconfiguration group in the United States. Focusing on commercial and military aircraft, NAT offers design, engineering, quality, certification, and manufacturing services to Blue Chip customers. The Sales Manager develops and implements sales strategies to maintain and grow the customer base, manages customer relationships, promotes services, negotiates agreements, and handles sales operations including proposals, reporting, and pricing.

Responsibilities include supporting sales P&L, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relations, generating technical and commercial proposals, participating in product development, forecasting, budgeting, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs. The role also involves organizing presentations, attending trade shows, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical degree; or a B.S./B.A. with 3-5 years sales/marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MRP systems (LN preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Engineering degree (not required but preferred).
