Sales Manager Fintech - Total System Services : Job Details

• Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
• Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
• Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
• Develop and execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new clients
• Negotiate favorable contracts and ensure alignment with assigned referral partners

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech sector
• Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
• Experience selling to C level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
• Exceptional negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
• Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

• Master's Degree
• Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
