Responsibilities Motorcycle Sales Associate:

• Greet customers and help them feel at home in our showroom
• Guide clients through the motorcycle buying journeyfrom first glance to final purchase
• Explain financing, insurance, and all the awesome perks of Harley ownership
• Stay sharp on Harley-Davidson models, events, and promos
• Build long-term relationships that turn customers into riders for life
• Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications Motorcycle Sales Associate:

• A positive, driven attitude and a love of motorcycles (or curiosity to learn)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic social media familiarity (posting ride days, events, etc.)
• Professional appearance and strong reliability
• Motorcycle endorsement not required - well cover your Riding Academy training!

• Able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling
