About The Role
BrewDog seeks an experienced Retail Events and Marketing Manager with a proven track record in brand activations, consumer & trade events, and partnerships. You will develop and own the retail events calendar, bringing our strategy to life through unique experiences and activations.
The ideal candidate combines business acumen, negotiation skills, innovation, and project leadership from concept to delivery. A proactive attitude and experience with boundary-pushing brands are essential.
Key Skills
- Building and managing event strategies, including budgeting and stakeholder coordination.
- Establishing partnerships within the group and with US teams for activations.
- Managing and training marketing team members and coordinators.
- Creating and maintaining a retail brand standards handbook.
- Coordinating bar openings and securing event activations with vendors.
- Negotiating contracts for events and sponsorships.
About You

- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and own projects.
- Commercially and creatively minded, with opportunity spotting skills.
- Experience leading projects from concept to post-event analysis.
