This role presents an outstanding opportunity to build balanced partnerships and expand our presence across target industry segments.

• Provide expertise and solutions to new and existing accounts in Central Texas, focusing on energy management, production increase, safety, and sustainability.
• Support sales efforts by engaging with end users and developing positive relationships with distribution channels through planning and technical training.
• Develop and supervise a business plan for your sales territory, aiming to exceed sales forecasts and profit margin goals.
• Implement activities aligned with Spirax Sarco's strategic goals, building customer relationships to develop repeat business.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to create a Top 25 account list and action plans for market penetration.
• Provide technical training and presentations on Spirax Sarco products and services to ensure accurate quotations and follow-ups.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience with a technical or industrial product line, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to conduct professional presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license in accordance with Spirax Sarco USA policies.
