Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a growing, specialist repair and service provider of industrial equipment.
The successful Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will be responsible for covering Texas, focusing on Dallas and Houston, developing client relationships and driving new business opportunities selling industrial systems, including Semiconductors, Pumps, Hydraulics, Circuit Boards, Instrumentation, Valves, Wind Turbines, Robotics, and Ball Screws.
The Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have a strong background in industrial sales, ideally coming from OEMs, distributors, or service providers within automation, fluid power, rotating equipment, motion control, semiconductor equipment, or general MRO sectors. Full product training provided.

Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role
- Covering Dallas, Houston, and surrounding areas, managing and developing existing accounts while actively prospecting for new business.
- Selling industrial repair and refurbishment services across sectors including manufacturing, energy, automation, semiconductor, and utilities.
- Promoting services for a broad range of equipment including semiconductor systems, pumps, hydraulic systems, electronics, control systems, robotics, and mechanical components.
- Working closely with engineering teams and service departments to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Leading commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Supporting industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, power generation, renewable energy, food and beverage, electro-mechanical, oil and gas, water, and general manufacturing.
Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements
- Experience in a sales role such as Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, or similar.
- Background in selling technical or industrial services such as equipment repair, rotating equipment, control systems, or semiconductor systems.
- Hungry for hunting and drumming up new business.
- Motivated by sales and commission.
- Familiarity with mechanical or electrical repair services, including semiconductors, pumps, hydraulics, valves, or industrial electronics, is highly beneficial.
- Comfortable managing a sales territory independently, with strong organisational and client relationship skills.
- Based in Texas (Dallas or Houston area), with willingness to travel locally as needed.
