Sales Engineer - ECT (Electric Connector Technology Co Ltd.) : Job Details

ECT (Electric Connector Technology Co Ltd.), founded in 2006, is a leading electronic connector and cable manufacturer. We specialize in product development, design, manufacturing, and marketing of products utilized in various industries such as communication equipment, consumer electronics, smart home appliances, aerospace, automotive electronics, and medical devices. We have R&D and manufacturing plants in Shenzhen and Nanjing, China, along with facilities in Thailand and Vietnam, and we are expanding to Hefei City, Anhui Province. With over 80% of mobile phone manufacturers in China using our connectors, we are currently extending our sales and support presence globally with a new office in San Diego County to support our expansion.

Role and Responsibility

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Carlsbad, CA.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting technical solutions, troubleshooting product issues, collaborating with the R&D team, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and client engagement
• Ability to work on-site in Carlsbad, CA
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of electronic connectors and cables is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
• Being fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus.
