Sales Engineer - S+H Search : Job Details

Job Description:We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in the search for a Sales Engineer. This role will be responsible for sales of metal fabrication and robotic welding equipment to OEMs and job shops, combining technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills.Responsibilities: Sell capital equipment solutions to industrial clients across the Texas market. Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, job shops, and manufacturing leaders. Deliver on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations. Manage a sales territory with autonomy while supported by a strong internal team. Track sales activity and manage pipeline to meet revenue goals.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field preferred. Associate's degree required. 3+ years of experience in sales or manufacturing. Strong communication and presentation skills. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and customer focus.
