You will be responsible for understanding the intricacies of our product portfolio and effectively communicating their value proposition to your customers. You are:A technical resource who uses your industry, product and solution expertise to educate customers on solutions that are aligned to their business objectivesA partners with your sales counterpart to design and implement a plan that aligns with the goals of the team - making quota, providing successful outcomes for customers, creating an effective and enjoyable working environment and relationshipA highly valued member of the sales team who is a master resource in the sales kit, one who creates trusted advisor level relationships with customers to round out the sales/SE 'divide and conquer' partnershipResponsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with your customers acting as a trusted advisor who is responsible for the end-to-end technical relationship at the customer - be the CTO of your account!Develop a deep understanding of customer's technical environment, business objectives, any business challenges or pain points and align those with the right Check Point solution(s).Winning Sales opportunities with Tight collaboration with your sales counterpart in account planning, campaign development and active engagement in progressing sales stages 3 through 5 - Validate, Prove, Proposal = ownership of technical closureDemonstrate strong knowledge on Cybersecurity, industry developments including tackling competitive threats and comparisons in sales opportunitiesRespond to RFPs/RFIsAbility to present Check Point's technology vision and value proposition to all levels of audience from executives to technical practitionerPro-actively drive meetings, exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions through effective presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers at all levels from Executive (CISO) to practitionerTake full ownership of your accounts by providing thought leadership and perspective while ensuring customer's best interest takes priority.Deep understanding and product knowledge used in explaining the most up to date product features/benefits and competitive position, understanding and responding to the competition, gathering, and applying market knowledgeUtilize resources and tools to manage whitespace and accuracy of the Install Base to drive expansion in current product lines as well as adoption of additional product linesBuilding and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutionsOrchestrating applicable supporting resources to ensure a one-team approach that properly services the needs of the customer driving to a defined outcomePartner with multi-functional teams such as Solutions Architects, Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Product Management and Engineering to drive success across the customer journeyPerforms special projects related to the Solutions Engineering function as assigned by management.Continuously investing in yourself to develop technical and professional skills that drive your ever-increasing contributions to customer success while actively participating within the SE community and at industry events#LI-DD#LI-vQualificationsWhat you bring to the table5+ years of sales/solutions/systems engineering and pre-sales experiencePossess strong analytical and problem solving skillsSolid understanding of networking and security principles and typical customer architecturesAbility to design and articulate an end-to-end security solution for a customer's environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsRelevant certifications highly preferred, e.g. CCNP / CISSP/ CCSA / CCSEAbility to do 50% travel including international travelMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the futureWhat you'll get in returnExposure to exciting and award-winning technologies in the Cyber Security industryOpportunity to fulfill your potential by rolling out creative ideas and projectsWork with and build a long-lasting relationship with a team of brilliant peopleIf this sounds like an ideal role for you then why wait? We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $121,000-$203,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
