Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in managing large sales teams, especially in lead generation and high-ticket education sectors.
• Skilled in sales management, data analysis, and motivating high-performance teams.
• Comfortable with tech stacks, CRM systems, and sales metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor lead flow, manage pipelines, and ensure sales quotas are met.
• Develop sales training and enforce SOPs.
• Conduct call reviews and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales support teams.
• Handle staffing, onboarding, and sales enablement initiatives.
