Drive aggressive growth in new customer accounts across both existing and untapped geographies. Develop and execute in-person sales strategies through direct engagement with independent convenience store owners and operators. Build prospect pipelines and convert leads into long-term partners. Leverage market intelligence and store-level insights to identify areas of opportunity and competitive advantage Deepen relationships with current accounts by introducing new programs, promotions, and product offerings. Manage, grow, and retain existing accounts and drive annual account growth objectives. Analyze store-level performance to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Partner with internal stakeholders (Category Management, Marketing, and Operations) to tailor solutions to customer needs.
