Sales Director - Great Lakes Region (Remote) - CRH PLC : Job Details

The Director of Sales & Marketing supervises and coordinates the sales operations within the assignedregion to optimize sales, promotion, and customer service. This position provides leadership anddirection for all sales personnel in the assigned region. What you'll be contributing: Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines. Establishes, communicates, and assigns job responsibilities, goals, and performance standardsfor employees within supervisory responsibility. Evaluates performance and recommend merit increases and promotions. Affects job performance through motivation, establishing goals, and providing feedback. Plans and manages the sales of the cement marketed in the assigned region to maximizeprofitability and increase market share. Maintains personal contact with key accounts. Participates in hunting and fishing trips as well asother forms of entertainment for customers.
