Window Fashions Sales Designer

• Provide in-home design consultations for shades, drapes, blinds, and shutters.
• Achieve same-day sales by building rapport and showcasing product benefits.

Your mission is to help homeowners in the Bay Area ‘Love Where They Live' through our products and services.

• No cold calling; appointments are pre-set at customer request.
• Conduct in-home design consultations.
• Convert appointments into sales and coordinate with project teams.
• Be creative, energetic, organized, and detail-oriented.
• No previous design experience required; training provided.

• Provide quotes, write orders, and ensure project completion.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, installers, and support teams.
• Work some evenings and Saturdays.

• Generous compensation including paid training, commissions, and bonuses.
