Division The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection Description Sales ,Events Coordinator (Part-Time) The Union Station Nashville Yards Nestled in the heart of Music City, The Union Station Nashville Yards is one of the most well-known boutique hotels in Nashville, set within a beautifully restored 19th-century railway terminal. Blending timeless architecture with modern luxury, our property is a premier destination for travelers, events, and gatherings of all kinds. We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and highly organized Sales & Events Coordinator to support our dynamic sales and events team. This part-time role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth departmental operations, exceptional guest service, and the successful execution of events. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming experience. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment at all times. Assist in the preparation and distribution of departmental reports in a timely and precise manner. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for client needs and hotel events. Provide administrative and logistical support for the sales and events team as directed by department leadership. Manage lead inquiries via email, sales inbox, and internal communication channels (CI, FD, etc.). Coordinate and build group room blocks and assist with booking VIP stays.. Send out confirmed event communications including email blasts and prospect management system (PM) updates. Track group commissions and maintain accurate commission data. Provide group folios upon request and assist with post-event follow-up. Print and distribute group-related materials such as parking stickers and group resumes. Send weekly reports including the Data Quality Report to the sales team. Monitor and pull draft resumes every Monday for review by the Event Services Manager. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain composure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Perform other duties and tasks assigned by leadership. Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in sales, event coordination, or hospitality support role preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with hotel Property Management Systems a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Hourly Rate: $22/ Hr Position Requirements Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
