**About the Role**

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support Cardlytics growth by working with an Industry Team to deliver on our clients goals and to maximize the opportunity available to our business. You will work alongside our Partner Leads and Client Success Managers to manage various client-related projects across the industry. This role offers opportunity to expand your knowledge and responsibilities, learn from talented market leaders, participate in learning and development trainings for sales, and grow within our team and organization.

**What You Will Do**

* Deliver excellent customer service while troubleshooting and addressing technical and data related advertiser requests.

* Provide performance updates at client request to secure additional budgets and achieve client budgets.

* Support our sales cycle by coordinating material needed for client proposals, launching new advertisers, and providing quantitative and qualitative insights to support the client renewing their contract.

* Become a master CRM user, proficient in updating fields, creating and managing IOs, and documenting requests while adhering to service levels.
