**What we're looking for**

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who possesses strong organizational skills, the ability to resolve issues with a sense of urgency and prioritize obligations and deadlines. The role we are hiring for will include a variety of tasks not limited to; supporting up to three top-performing Sales Executives workflows, pipeline and calendar assistance, and providing customer and buyer lifecycle support through onboarding tasks.

In the role of Sales Coordinator, you will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will work with you to advance your career goals in line with the goals of Vacasa and our rapid growth. You will be provided exposure to the sales function and mentored by seasoned professionals.

Successful candidates will be strong communicators who are comfortable working remotely, learn and adapt quickly, are grounded in ethical business practices, and find reward in supporting a strong sales organization. A proven track record of task management, a team player who is self-motivated and reliable, is paramount to success.

**What you'll do**

* CRM updates, maintaining pipeline hygiene

* Collection of information post-signed agreement to put into the Onboarding process

* Customize communication to include; local regulatory notices, prospective clients, etc.

* Research our competitors and local regulations

* Assist with call overflow and immediate response to emails

* Work with multiple internal teams, including marketing and Sales Operations, to increase efficiencies and drive a high converting sales process

* Attend weekly team calls/meetings

* Maintain general knowledge of company policies and procedures as well as any changes

**Skills you'll need**

* The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills

* Self-motivated and self-sufficient while having the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed

* Solution-oriented and able to uncover pathways to efficiency for sales executives

* Experience using CRM software

* Solid computer skills, including experience with Google software and cloud computing programs

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

* Flexibility and comfort working in an ever-changing environment

* Ability to work remotely with occasional travel

**Working conditions**

Home office setting with occasional training sessions at the Portland corporate office and offsite team meetings in our various regions. Requires frequent, repetitive use of a computer, phone, and office equipment. Requires patient and professional communication w ith prospective clients, fast-moving sales executives, and sales leadership.
