The Waterloo, IA/Cedar Valley, IA Sales Representative role means belonging to a great team. The In-Home Design Consultant plays a crucial role in providing personalized and professional consultations to homeowners. Our Sales Representative are responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales. A Sales Representative's duties include connecting with sales leads, presenting products, maintaining documentation, and understanding customer needs to achieve and/or exceed customer expectations and company goals. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE- Top-Notch Sales Representative- Home ImprovementRenewal by Andersen is The Largest Window Manufacturing Company in North America. Due to growth, high demand, and upcoming expansions, we are looking to add dedicated design consultants to our team. Currently, we are staffing our Waterloo, IA and Cedar Falls, IA locations. We are looking for experienced sales consultants, who are driven by success. The pay structure is commission based. Make $120,000 - $180,000/yr based on performance! Our Average Consultants first years salary is $140,000Our Sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects. Schedule: Homeowners can schedule appointments 7 days per week at 10am, 2pm, or 5pm Monday - Friday (weekends as needed). Expected:1-2 appointments/day, 6-10/week.
