Role Overview: Our Sales Consultants learn about our products, sell homes, and secure contracts. The role requires dedication, a proven sales process, and willingness to work weekends and some holidays. Responsibilities include following up with prospects, maintaining the sales database, presenting products, and analyzing the competition.

Qualifications: No prior new home sales experience required, but a successful track record of two years in sales is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and a Real Estate License.
