Renewal by Andersen is growing in our Los Angeles market and hiring Sales Consultants!

Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity to join a winning, competitive team of Sales Consultants in our Los Angeles market. As a Sales Consultant with RbA, you will be part of a highly energized team passionate about enriching homeowners' lives.

We seek talented Sales Consultants to drive our growth through customer-focused, consultative selling. The role involves building rapport with customers, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects.

The position requires regular travel throughout Los Angeles, including areas north-west of Interstate 605 from Monrovia to Torrance.

Training Pay: $25/hr for 10 weeks with a $5000 training incentive

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Physical ability to sit, walk, reach, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 lbs
• Valid state driver's license

$150,000 - $250,000 a year
