Responsibilities And Duties

• Learn our systems and our culture
• Ensure world class experience for all of our customers
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory
• Learn the automotive business
• Stay up to date on technological changes in the product
• Communicate with enthusiasm about our products

Qualifications And Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!!
• Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience is also a plus!
• Customer Service Background is a great start
• Self-Motivation is a key
• Be available for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
• Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
• Pass a drug screening and criminal background check

Pay Defined: The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.97, plus performance bonuses.
