Compensation & Pay Plan Highlights
Base salary of $650/week + commission
20% front-end commissions
$500 minimum per deal (flat)

Requirements
At least one year of dealership (not retail) automotive sales experience
Strong CRM habits, follow-up skills, and team mindset
Professional appearance and communication
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
