Position Overview

We are currently seeking aSalesConsultantto join our team!

• Consulting with customers to find a Cadillac vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Gain a working knowledge of the Cadillac product line
• Attend training offered by both Cadillac and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Must have previous Sales experience
• Steady work history and strong desire to succeed
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow through skills
• A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Successfully complete a background and drug screening
