A Human Resource Organization offering a full line of innovative business services and solutions to maximize client productivity and profitability. We focus on streamlining infrastructure by providing essential resources and support services for development and expansion. We are expanding our Sales team in Houston and seeking a Sales Consultant to provide PEO and ASO solutions, build relationships, close sales, and ensure smooth transitions from proposals to implementation. Maintaining strong client partnerships for retention and satisfaction is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop prospects through networking, referrals, cold calling, and business development
  • Use consultative selling to establish trusted advisor relationships and identify client needs
  • Sell PEO services to small business owners and executives by demonstrating benefits and value
  • Assist clients in cost containment, administrative simplification, and risk minimization via HR solutions
  • Prepare proposals, obtain approvals, and present to prospects
  • Use data to position products and involve clients in assessing impact on their organization
  • Conduct initial meetings, proposal requests, benefits comparisons, demonstrations, and close sales
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or previous PEO sales experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of consultative sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Group 1 License is a plus
  • Experience in lead development and prospecting
  • Experience in PEO, Benefits, or Healthcare industries preferred
