**Job Description**

Our Sales Concierge will report to the Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will want to gain knowledge and propel their career in the mortgage industry. This person has a positive attitude and works well in a team environment.

**Expectations:**

* Run Reports out of Encompass for new Credit Pulls.

* Track Preapproval offers.

* Connect with Clients on Social Media platforms. Connect with referral partners that meet with the LO or attend events.

* Manage Content being posted on Social Media Platforms.

* Run a pipeline report for LOs, LP1 and LP2.

* Assure closing gifts are delivered within two weeks of closing.

* Manage Jungo Automation messages, email campaigns, events, and testimonials.

* Provide Handwritten notes and gifts, when appropriate, to clients who provide leads.

* Manage all co-branded print advertising for any referral partnership on the team.

* Routinely call Agents and invite them to our events and close for a coffee meeting when they cant make it.
