OVERVIEW:

As a sales associate, you will be instrumental in providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers through your enthusiasm, comprehensive product knowledge, and high standards of service. Key responsibilities include:

• Greet every customer with a warm welcome and actively engage to understand their needs.
• Maintain the store's merchandising and presentation standards through attention to detail in product placement and signage.
• Promote company initiatives, such as customer loyalty programs and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies to ensure a secure shopping environment.
• Create an inclusive atmosphere where both teammates and customers feel safe and respected.
• Support various teams across the store by adopting an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly.
• Capability to work for extended periods (up to 4 hours) while standing or walking.
• Comfortable working at heights greater than 4 feet using ladders or lifts.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50. The starting pay may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and the specific position offered, but will always meet or exceed minimum wage requirements in your area.
