Job Description :
We are currently looking for a Part-time, 38-hour per week, Sales Associate to join the Rustic Trails Gift Shop team located in Chisholm Trail Casino, Duncan, OK. Summary: Greet patrons, assist with purchases, handle cash and credit card transactions, provide accurate change, maintain sales logs, balance cash drawer, complete required reports, and deliver the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities:
  • Punctual and consistent with start time, work schedule, and attendance
  • Picks up and signs for cash bank to be used on assigned shift.
  • Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer, greets and engages everyone that enters the store.
  • Answers questions or inquiries from others (customers and employees) to the best of their knowledge, with good judgement in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Engages potential customers and guides them with selection and purchase decisions, promotes products to increase guest satisfaction and store sales.
  • Maintains purchase log of sales conducted on assigned shift, for inventory purposes.
  • Audits and reconciles credit card receipts, cash received, and balance cash drawer on assigned shift, and complete cash report for all cash denomination and credit card receipts.
  • Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made.
  • Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities.
  • Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers, maintains general upkeep of work area.
  • Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards.
  • Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
