Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in understanding our product range, styles, and their benefits.
  • Proactively resolve any customer inquiries or concerns in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Support customers in their shopping experience through various channels.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Restock merchandise and assist with inventory as needed.
  • Promote ongoing promotional events and explain our brand loyalty program.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
