Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and guide them through our products' styles, features, and benefits.
- Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues while managing multiple customers in a dynamic retail setting.
- Support customers with their omnichannel needs to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Efficiently handle point of sale/register transactions and complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as required.
- Communicate current promotions and brand loyalty programs, including credit options, to customers.
- Help reduce store loss through outstanding customer service and maintain a safe, neat store environment.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

- Availability that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
