Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Provide personalized service to help customers solve their problems and find what they need.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area.
• Answer customer inquiries and product pages promptly and courteously.
• Stay informed about store layout and product locations to assist customers effectively.
• Manage customer complaints by referring issues to management when necessary.
• Demonstrate professionalism in appearance and interactions.

What to Expect:

• Directly interact with customers and help them complete their projects in one visit.
• Enjoy a high-energy environment where time flies as you assist customers.
• Be prepared to be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs is required.
