We are growing rapidly and seeking a Sales & Marketing Personnel to help drive our expansion into schools, institutions, and individual learners.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:Identify and reach out to potential schools, universities, and institutions to adopt Quasi AI.Build relationships with education decision-makers (school administrators, teachers, and policymakers).Conduct product demos & presentations for schools and educational institutions.Negotiate bulk licensing deals & subscriptions for B2B sales.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Maintain sales pipelines and track deals using CRM tools.Provide post-sale support & onboarding for new institutional clients.Marketing Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.Engage with potential users via social media, email campaigns, and events.Manage and create engaging social media content, blogs, and newsletters.Optimize SEO & digital advertising to drive user acquisition.Implement student & teacher referral programs to drive viral growth.Collaborate with influencers and education advocates to expand outreach.Key Requirements
Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or Education sectors.Strong sales negotiation & networking skills.Experience with digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, paid ads).Excellent communication & presentation skills.Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Benefits & Compensation
