Job Description :

Kreider Farms is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy Sales and Deduction Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in driving financial accuracy, optimizing promotional spend, and providing key insights into sales performance. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, hands-on experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems, and a solid background in analyzing and managing customer deductions and sales data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately investigate customer deductions and ensure appropriate financial recognition and resolution.
  • Analyze and summarize customer indirect (brokered) sales and associated trends.
  • Prepare and deliver deduction trend reports and perform root cause analysis to minimize future discrepancies.
  • Manage and reconcile customer deductions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Proactively collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to resolve deduction issues and support promotional tracking.
  • Initiate disputes and follow up on invalid deductions to recover funds.
  • Partner with Accounting to issue credit memos, process check requests, and adjust accounts as needed.
  • Compile, analyze, and report sales data to support business decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitive activity and market trends to provide sales insights.
  • Assist in developing and refining sales plans and evaluating sales team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales analysis, deductions management, or financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data visualization, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working within ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
  • Proven ability to analyze large data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
