The RoleWe're hiring Sales & Album Design Consultants to host virtual sales appointments over Zoom. This is not cold calling-every appointment is a warm lead, booked with clients who are already excited about their photos and ready to create something meaningful.

What You'll Do

• Host 1:1 Zoom consultations with clients who have expressed interest.

• Guide them through album and wall art selections using a friendly, consultative approach.

• Provide basic design suggestions to help them visualize final products.

• Finalize orders, process sales, and document activity in our CRM.

• Deliver a high-end, memorable client experience built on trust, value, and creativity.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environment.

• Someone who's excited to grow with a startup and be part of building something meaningful.

• Strong sales, consulting, or client service skills.

• Excellent communicator who can build rapport, educate, and guide.

• Tech-comfortable (Zoom, email, basic CRM use).

• Must be available for at least 3 evening shifts/week (6-9 PM EST).

• Multilingual is a plus, not a requirement.

• Background in photography or visual arts is a bonus-we'll train you either way.
