Safety Specialist - ABM : Job Details

The Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of ABMs Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) objectives to help drive safety effectiveness at client sites. This role plays a key part in maintaining ABM EHS programs and supporting the execution of ABMs national strategic safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the clients EHS team to help ensure a safe working environment for all ABM team members. Support the implementation and execution of EHS programs across client locations by coordinating ABMs onsite activities. Ensure timely reporting of all EHS-related events involving ABM team members, including injuries, near misses, safety concerns, and good catches. Assist in promoting and communicating ABM safety policies with a strong focus on incident prevention and risk reduction. Support efforts to ensure subcontractors working under ABM meet required safety training and qualification standards.
