We are presently seeking a Safety Assistant in creating and delivering safety training, analyzing incident data, auditing programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations across Manufactured Home Communities.

As a successful Safety Assistant you will:

  • Conduct safety training for both remote and in-person audiences.
  • Create interactive training content for safety initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze incident-related information.
  • Recognize trends in safety performance.
  • Prepare safety metrics and reports.
  • Recommend procedural updates to address identified safety lapses.
  • Evaluate safety conditions at Manufactured Home Communities.
  • Audit the effectiveness of safety programs.
  • Registration of users in safety programs.
  • Research applicable safety regulations and stay informed of updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree related to Occupational Safety and Health or satisfactory combination of work experience and formal education preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with employees and project managers.
  • Demonstrated interest in learning and professional development.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Training or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel overnight, up to 25%.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
