Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Uline's comprehensive safety program across 14 Distribution Centers in four states.
• Work closely with management to set safety targets that comply with legal standards and exceed Uline's benchmarks.
• Develop and mentor a team of safety professionals who are committed to continuous improvement.
• Support the Corporate Safety Team with site audits and improvement initiatives at distribution centers.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to oversee worker's compensation claims effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Safety Management, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience managing warehouse safety programs.
• Willingness to travel to various Uline locations in North America.
• OSHA experience on a state or federal level preferred; worker's compensation and EHS experience valued.
