Role: Safety Manager Location: WATERLOO, IA Role Type: Full time Salary: $61,000 - $100,000 Client: Tyson Foods Required Education, Experience, and Skills: • 7+ years of supervisory or project experience in a manufacturing process environment. • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with equipment such as fans, material handling (screw/belt conveyors, bucket elevators, airlocks, pneumatic conveying systems), and 480-volt electrical distribution. • bility to comply with corporate policies and Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA). • Proficient in measuring performance against company KPIs and delivering routine reports, assessments, and data analysis on maintenance performance. • Strong knowledge of mechanical design, machine design, and manufacturing systems. • Expertise in electrical and digital systems (motors, controls, instruments, power distribution). • Experience with precision maintenance techniques. • Skilled in using CMMS systems for entering work hours, work orders, parts usage, etc. Knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), RCA, and FMEA
