Safety Manager - Pedernales Electric Cooperative : Job Details

This position is responsible for ongoing research, development and delivery of a world class comprehensive safety program in support of the Cooperatives strategic initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the Cooperatives Safety Program Initiatives Oversee all safety programs including field, office and corporate initiatives Coordinate and implement safety related training that include acceptable industry safe working procedures for distribution systems, maintenance and construction, First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), hazard communication requirements, defensive driving, safety awareness, security awareness, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and other safety related topics Coordinate and implement the Cooperative's Emergency Action Plans Plan and implement learning activities and programs that align with the Cooperatives Safety Plan and strategic initiatives Develop safety programs that ensure skills readiness f...Safety Manager, Manager, Training, Performance, Safety, Management, Business Services
