Summary:
Our client is seeking a Facilities & Safety Manager to oversee facility operations and safety compliance for a high-tech manufacturing and office environment. This role requires hands-on management of maintenance, safety programs, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facility operations, maintenance schedules, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness drills.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary contact for Korean-speaking leadership, employees, and vendors.
- Support capital improvement projects and manage related budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, safety, engineering, or related field.
- Fluency in Korean and English is required.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities and safety management within an industrial or corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CSP, CFM, or OSHA 30 preferred.
