Safety Manager - Partners Personnel : Job Details

Summary:

Our client is seeking a Facilities & Safety Manager to oversee facility operations and safety compliance for a high-tech manufacturing and office environment. This role requires hands-on management of maintenance, safety programs, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily facility operations, maintenance schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Develop and enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness drills.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary contact for Korean-speaking leadership, employees, and vendors.
• Support capital improvement projects and manage related budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, safety, engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities and safety management within an industrial or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CSP, CFM, or OSHA 30 preferred.
